They're incredibly knowledgeable, always go above and beyond to help and advise, and they carry an impressive range of stock, including wonderful bikes, accessories, and more. Popped in to ask about new brakes for my old bike. Super helpful; they set me up and told me how to do it. Great attitude from them and excellent customer service! As I get back into it, this will be my go to shop. Thank you FOR, got the old bike muddy today and it is working great.

Brought my Sons Bike in today, his braking cable disconnected not being able to use his rear brakes. They fixed it in 5 mins and didn't charge me! we need more businesses like this! I will continue to go to Family of Riders with service like this! Much Appreciated!

This is the one of the best bike shops in town as I went there today with a pair of forks that I bought for my bike and a lower crown that did not fit and right away they helped me out and totally fixed me up. They gave me the parts I needed and fixed up my forks so that I could mount them on my bike. Every other bike shop in town told me that they couldn't do anything for me. So I am very greatful for going to this bike shop. Thank you guys so much for the great service and knowledge.

I can't recommend these guys enough! As a new gravel biker, Grant and the team at FOR were so helpful. They took a ton of time to answer my questions, walk me through different styles of gravel bikes, and help figure out what kind of bike would be best for my needs. They also walked me through how to properly clean and take care of my bike after rides, showed me how to fix a flat, and gave me a great deal on a bike rack for my car, gear, and some supplies. This is the place to go if you're wanting to find a shop with people that genuinely care and want to help you have a great time on your bike. Thank you Grant and team, you guys rock!

These guys are top notch and SO friendly. We were on a 10-day bikepacking trip and needed a tire pump and a minor mechanical issue looked at last minute. Not only were they happy to service me as a walk in, but my bike left branded with a fine Dino too! 100% recommend and wish they were closer to us!
