The single elevator goes down, often. The building manager deems it not critical and does not call for it to be serviced over a long weekend. Those with mobility issues, wheelchairs, unable to get up & down stairs are stuck in or out of their units. They don’t even communicate with tenants about what is going on. And no one answers the phone after hours. It’s just not important enough!

I’m a certified dog groomer and I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a tenant appreciation event by offering my grooming services at this building. I was hosted by Nikki, who was extremely welcoming, professional and amicable to work with! All the tenants who took advantage of the event were very appreciative. The tenants who live at this building are sure lucky to have events like these so close to home to enjoy!

Been living here about 2 years (since it opened) and we have gone through 3 different management companies. Customer service is lacking. I also was never told of water monitoring when first moving in ($35/month even if you keep all your taps off) Sound insulation is very poor and I constantly hear my neighbors. Garbage area often piled up/smelly/messy Very overpriced for what it is. The only positive was that I could have my cat I don’t recommend Cascades to anyone

Over priced for the unit size, zero living space. 1 bedroom is the price a 2 bedroom should be and 2 bedroom is priced at what a 3 bedroom should be and because of the cost of rent I cannot afford to own a vehicle and that's because there is not parking space included with the rent. I can barely afford to live in the unit as it is and now that I have a baby it makes it harder but I can't afford to pay for a 2 bedroom. Not happy with how the price is for the size.

I truly had the best experience with Hariaum! He successfully helped me get approved for my suite. I’m incredibly grateful that he went above and beyond to help me. I sincerely thank you! I cannot wait to move in and be a part of Cascade residence :)

Love living here and the suites are lovely. Pretty much noise free. I was one of first to move in and was not told of water billing’s. So not happy that this is all of a sudden being implemented
