Rock City has worked on three of our bikes and has done an excellent job. Counseled me on a new seat, changed up my gears, rehabbed an old mountain bike to work like a dream. These people know bikes. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Just now waiting for them to open so I can get my new gravel bike tweaked.

Looking for a new bike or getting the one you have tuned up? Rock City Cycle is truly "the one stop shop" for all you Biking needs. Since 2012 I've had my Bikes serviced by Rock City Cycle. With the great location, expert staff, best in class products in all cycling genres. You must come check out all the new awesome bikes! Along with a "State- of-the-Art service department" Rock City Cycle has everything needed. With this years tune up had both front and rear Fox 34 shocks rebuild on my TREK and I couldn't be happier! These guys ROCK! I fully trust the professional workmanship and excellent prices they offer. That's why I keep coming back... year after year. Looking forward to a great season!! I hadn't ridden a mountain bike in probably 25 years, so suffice to say a lot has changed. Daniel and Sean were great helping me select all my gear. They know their stuff and I got amazing discounts on the bike and all the accessories. Great experience all around.

Just bought a new bike for the first time in a while and the staff were incredibly helpful! Daniel in particular was awesome with explaining some newer subtlties of sizing charts and making sure I got the right size bike for me. Took the new bike out this last weekend and could not be happier :D

The prices for the Shimano derailleurs I got were awesome! They came in the original retail boxes. Rock City packaged and shipped quick. The delivery with the courier, Canpar, was good. Overall, the whole purchase experience was great! It's good to see Canadian bike shops are competitive in their pricing. I recommend Rock City Cycles to any Canadian, especially anyone local to the area.

Rock City Cycles tuned up my bike a couple weeks ago, put on two nice new tires, new brake cables, and made sure my brakes worked well. Today I had a car pull out in front of me while coming down the hill on Boundary Ave, heading towards Dufferin Cres. I was in the bike lane with parked cars on my right and stopped cars on my left. Suddenly a parked car pulled out into traffic right in front of me and blocked the bike lane. I had to slam on my brakes causing my back tire to slide out to the side. I was able to control the skid and keep the bike upright without crashing. I was described as a Circ de Solei acrobat by a friend who witnessed it all. Anyway, the bike stayed on the road and I lived unscathed. I think it is because the team at Rock City Cycles did such a good job taking care of my 15 year old bike!!! Thanks, guys!
