Super friendly and quick service. I’m on a road trip and had a mechanical on my first ride in town. I brought my bike in mid afternoon, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jordan initially thought he couldn’t complete the service until next day, but a couple hours later I got a text my bike was ready for pickup. Got to the shop and they had even cleaned my bike for me too! Definitely not a service you would get in Calgary where I’m from. I’ll definitely be supporting this shop whenever I’m in town.

Great Service! We called on a Saturday, we wanted to drop 2 ebikes off for their 1st service. Expecting to pick them up next week, Arrowsmith Bikes offered same day service!! The shop was packed with customers, we wheeled our bikes in, and 1.5 hours later, we got the text, Bikes are ready!! The entire team was very helpful, we picked up some great accessories and we were off!! Thank you Arrowsmith Bikes! We are so glad we bought our bikes from you!!

Great bike shop ! Took the new fuel in for a quick tune, it works perfectly now. Ended up buying more stuff, they always have such a great supply of gear to choose from. Friendly folks, a bastion of good service, noting service is sadly dying in all industries lately. Not here though !!

I just had the worst, most disrespectful customer service encounter at Arrowsmith Bikes in Nanaimo. I entered the store to inquire about folding EBike options and informed the sales person ( if he was the owner, I’m even more appalled, SHAME on him!) about why I wanted to replace my current e-bike with a folding option. He waited until I finished and proceeded to rant on very aggressively about why they only sell NORMAL e-bikes etc etc. His attitude was rude and incredibly demeaning and I will never go back to that store (or to the Parksville store, of which I have been a customer previously) and I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. I rarely if ever write a poor review but this experience has left me disgusted.

This place has the most amazing staff I dont even know where to begin. In all my life I would never expect to receive such empathy and care from a retail store in Nanaimo (fairly small city). These folks have my support for the rest of my days !! Shout out to all the front line staff as well as to Jordan in the shop, and also to Kebble, amazing job people !!
