Can not praise this shop more highly. I had an old Giant mountain bike that had a lot of hard miles on it. In just a few days I picked it up, it had been made new again for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t dream of taking my bike anywhere else.

Was an absolute amazing experience with the owner Mr Fletcher. He was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful! He tuned up my son’s bike and fixed the back break line in a matter of minutes, and then brought the bike out for me and into my vehicle! He tweaked everything before it went out the door! Great experience and very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for everything that you do!

Took my 'old faithful' (K&P Trail bike) to JJ Cycle for some brake work and a tune up and was IMMEDIATELY told they DID NOT work on 'department store' bikes and was told it probably wasn't worth it to fix so I left discouraged. Fortunately for me, they DID suggest I try Fletcher's Bicycle Repair - Fletcher's is the ONLY shop I will go to moving forward. As long as he's in business, I will recommend this shop to everyone I can! As soon as he looked at the bike he told me "no problem!" It needed a little more work than I anticipated but the price I paid for the work done was OUTSTANDING!!! I HIGHLY recommend you make this your FIRST call for any bicycle repair - big or small. Mr. Fletcher was so very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to the 'other' shop for not working on 'department store' bikes - Fletcher's Bicycle Repair deserves six stars!!

Took my bike with a flat tire here late Tuesday afternoon and got it back fixed the next morning. The tube had punctured from the inside which I didn't know. The owner was very friendly and knew his stuff really well. The price was reasonable for me as a student. I'll definitely go here again if anything happens to my bike.

Found Mr Fletcher's bike repair last spring when purchasing a new bike requiring assembly, and most recently, when I screwed up my axle with my own poor repair skills. Great service, well priced and fast! I won't go anywhere else in Kingston!
