This store used to have good selection, with lots of team gear for all the Toronto teams, a large selection of slides and flip flops. Now the store feels like the most after thought sport check there could be, one small rack of slides and flip flops(in May) and all the team gear is just random left overs from when they used to be a good store. Very disappointing

I had a great experience at Sport Chek when shopping for shoes for my daughter. Thomas was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. Highly recommend visiting this store for excellent service!

Between an online order for pickup, an order i placed in-store to be delivered to my home, and a purchase I made on-site... the women (Beth, Katlyn, & Jen) of this Sport Chek location are some of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and wonderful people. I'll be back!

I would highly recommend this store! Monica was absolutely fantastic right when I walked into the store . She was kind, courtesy and incredibly helpful! She truly went above and beyond the basic standard of help & care. She was honest, informative, and super knowledgeable on all the products. I was extremely impressed with her efforts to offer the Canadian Tire MasterCard which I already have. Monica even wanted to make sure I had all my offers selected so save and earn cash back on my purchase. She took the time and attention to help , and provided everything we needed to make the best possible decision. She truly made the buying process a breeze! I would definitely go out of my way to shop here again, just for the incredible customer service! She is such a terrific associate. Trustworthy and knowledgeable, you won't find better! Excellent customer service. Three of the young ladies helped me when I had a return/exchange but no receipt. They were courteous and friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a burden without the receipt. They were able to look up my receipt online and everything was smooth sailing. I didn’t get their names, unfortunately. Thanks ladies

Sport Check has a good array of sports gear, equipment, and clothing. I've also had my skis waxed here and a repair done on my mountain bike. Alliston is a smaller community, and it's nice to have a store so close that offers so much. When I couldn't get up to Barrie to get my bike repaired, I was relieved to find out about this option... I literally walked my bike over.

They will sell you a 10x skate sharpening card but there won't be anyone there to sharpen skates when you need them done. Also, horrible customer service when looking for shoes. Took a friend and I 30 minutes to get a size of shoes when it was not busy in the store. I love shopping at sport check but this location has not been a good experience.

Emily is amazing! Had a great experience buying shoes. She was so helpful and made each of us feel confident in our decisions. She was very knowledgeable and gave great advice! Will be coming back for my next pair!
